What the monthly plan covers
Every system we set up comes with a monthly plan. It keeps your system live, updated and secure, and includes support hours for your team's questions and small changes, for one fixed amount a month. The amount follows how complex your setup is, so a small shop with a few users and a simple setup pays less than a distributor with three warehouses.
Included every month
- Your system kept live and running. We keep an eye on the things that stop work when they break: the connection to your till, webshop and bank, scheduled jobs, and renewals.
- Updates and security updates. New Odoo or ERPNext versions and fixes are tested in a copy of your system first, then applied at a time that suits you.
- Access kept tidy. Accounts of people who left are closed, two-factor sign-in stays on, and each user keeps only the rights their work needs.
- Support hours for your team's questions and for small changes, such as a new user, a new tax, a price list or a document layout. Ask through the channel in your agreement.
- A regular review of what could run smoother, with a short list of suggestions.
How the plan is sized
We set the size in the process scan, from how complex your setup is:
- how many people use the system;
- which apps you use (a till and invoicing, or also stock, purchasing and accounting);
- how many connections there are (webshop, bank, payment terminals, payroll);
- how many companies or locations run on it.
The size is the number of support hours a month. We look at it again once a year: if you grow or add apps, the plan grows with you; if you need less, it can shrink.
Not included, quoted first
- Bigger changes, such as a new connection, a new report or a new app. You get a fixed price before we start.
- Training for new staff and refresher sessions, priced per session. See how training works.
- Payroll Pro HRM setup for a company that adds payroll later. See payroll and your ERP.
- Hosting for ERPNext, if you want us to run the server. See hosting for ERPNext.
- Software licences, such as Odoo's, which you pay directly to the vendor in your company's name.
Why every system gets one
A business system that is not updated and watched becomes a risk: security fixes are missed, connections break unnoticed and small questions turn into workarounds. The plan makes sure someone who knows your system looks after it every month.
Not covered here
Prices, response times, what happens with unused hours and how to end the plan are set in your agreement. To ask a question as a client, see getting support.
