We set up your system at a fixed price and train your team. Then a monthly plan, sized to your company, keeps it live, updated and secure. We start from Odoo and also work with ERPNext when it fits better.
Four steps, two ways to pay
- Start (free intake, then a fixed price): one free hour to understand your company, then a process scan that ends with a written plan, a system choice and a firm quote. There is no obligation to implement with us.
- Build (fixed price): configuration, data migration, and connections to your till, webshop, bank and payroll (Payroll Pro HRM).
- Learn (fixed price): training for each team before go-live, in English, Dutch, Spanish or Papiamento. See how training works.
- Grow (monthly): every system we set up comes with a monthly plan that keeps it live, updated and secure, with support hours for questions and small changes. Its size follows how complex your setup is, so a small company pays less.
Add when you need it
- Training for new staff or a new app, priced per session.
- Payroll Pro HRM for a company that adds payroll later.
- Hosting for ERPNext.
- Bigger changes, such as a new connection or report, at a fixed price agreed first.
How pricing works
You know the price of each step before it starts. Changes in scope are agreed in writing first. Software licences are paid directly to the vendor, in your company's name.
