How we handle your data

Your ERP database and licences belong to your company. We access them only with named accounts and two-factor sign-in, and only while we work for you.

Our rules

• Every consultant has their own account. We never share logins.
• We test changes in a copy of your system first. Nothing changes in your live records without your approval.
• We only use service providers that are bound by written agreements to protect your data.
• We never ask for passwords, bank details or ID documents by email or chat.
• When a project or support plan ends, we remove our accounts and confirm it in writing.

What you can do

• Turn on two-factor sign-in for every user in your ERP.
• Remove users the day someone leaves your company.
• Keep at least two administrators so you are never locked out.
