How a project runs

Version 1.1.0, updated 31 October 2026

A project has five steps: free intake, process scan, build, migration and training, then go-live with aftercare. A focused setup for one location usually takes four to eight weeks from the scan to go-live.

The five steps

  1. Free intake: one hour, at your office or online.
  2. Process scan: fixed price; ends with a written plan, a system choice and a quote.
  3. Build: configuration in short rounds, with a working demo every week.
  4. Migrate and train: customers, products, opening balances and open invoices move across, and each team learns the parts it uses.
  5. Go-live and aftercare: we are on site for the first days and support you through the first month-end and the first turnover tax return.

What speeds a project up

  • One decision-maker with a few hours a week.
  • Product, customer and supplier lists ready early. See Preparing your data.
  • Opening balances agreed with your accountant before go-live.

Projects with several locations, a webshop or custom modules take longer. The process scan sets the real timeline for your company.
