How training works
Every implementation includes training for each team before go-live. Later training, for new staff, a refresher or a new app, is quoted per session.
At go-live (part of the project)
- Each team learns the parts it uses: the till for cashiers, purchasing and stock for the warehouse, invoicing and the bank for finance.
- We train in a copy of your own system, with your products and customers, not a demo.
- Sessions are on site or online, in English, Dutch, Spanish or Papiamento.
- We are there for the first days live and through the first month-end, when most questions come up.
Later (quoted per session)
- New staff: a short session for a new cashier, buyer or bookkeeper, so they start on the right foot without taking a colleague's day.
- Refreshers: when a team has drifted into workarounds, we show the intended way again.
- New apps: when you add a webshop, a second location or a new module, the people who use it learn it before it goes live.
- Month-end and tax: a walk-through of the monthly closing and the turnover tax report for whoever does the books.
How a session runs
Sessions are short and practical: one role, one topic, at most two hours. Each person works on their own screen and does the tasks themselves. Afterwards they get the steps in writing.

Prices per session are in your quote or agreement. Questions between sessions go through the monthly plan.
